WHO WE ARE:
Swift Current House of Hope Transition Home is a non-profit organization committed to establishing a Transition Home in Swift Current for men at risk . The project was founded by members of Swift Current who recognized the need for accessible resources for individuals in need.
OUR PURPOSE:
We intend to provide transitional housing to
at-risk men and meeting their basic physical needs while ensuring they receive the necessary resources to foster sustainable living solutions. Our team will connect residents with programs and resources designed for long-term success and recovery.
